★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is going on for last Eight years , amenities and Infrastructure is not completed , completed amenities are not upto standard , workmanship and quality of work in individual villa is quite concerning , leakage from terrace is perennial problem , flooring is not done properly , overall it is far away from commitment by VNG developer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a joint venture between many developer of which VNG Developer and Sumedha developer are major stakeholder. Both developer has no intention or skills.to provide quality construction, amenities and infrastructure. Project is as old as 2013 and still cannot complete project. Quality of any amenities is way below standard, either they are not completed or residents not allowed to use as it may breakdown which will hamper new sale. There is no consideration for residents security, privacy or comfort. Check with residents for full picture.
