★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After few years these places will be happening and very crowded. This is near to airport. Good place to buy home now or bool your home. You need to have personal vehicle. The society is properly maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is low and buyers may have to have a professional with them for evaluation before any decision.
The idea and plan seems good but may be severe lapses occurred in execution which manifests severely now at many UNACCEPTABLE PLACES OF A BUILDING CONSTRUCTED, which is a life time investment. Also you cannot spent massive amounts for repair and that too for a New Construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for families with kids and also for senior citizens. Very quite and calm after 7pm as noise rules are enforced quite well.
There were just one or two extremist and hatred filled families who spread RSS propaganda and fake videos on whatsapp but 99% people were well educated and open minded.
Support staff was very helpful, including the manager (2019-2020)
