★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the amenities including swimming pool, TT, snooker, indoor games, gym, MPH, power backup, Association hall, Amphitheatre etc. were delivered as it was promised. The builder is reachable and considerate. the builder overtook maintenance ownership of this project for 2.5 years more than expected. All flats meets more than 80% vaastu compliance.(no project on earth gives 100%, not for someone who knows vaastu).
This project does not have a dedicated marketing team. So it was tough to find or locate it until I accidentally reached here during my house hunt back in 2017.
About project 1 out 3 borewell works fine and rest is covered by tankers. Maintenance is fixed at 2.4₹/ sq.ft approx by association. Ample parking, security, 2 lifts/block. 90% units sold out with 70% occupancy during non-covid days.
