★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has not completed the work and has cheated(fraud) the residents and is very unethical,.... Who ever has given good review about the project are the investors in this project. Don't believe them and dont belive builder as well only gives false promises and gave substandrad quality. Before buying pls contact me or mail me will give all the details with proofs(pics).Builder is a big cheater

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. But the builder is fraudulent and escapist. People under him unskilled and irresponsible. He should be black listed in real estate industry as he is not qualified in civil engineering. Don't think to buy from him. The people who have rated high are from known to Builder or despo to sell the flat. Look at pictures attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic quality of construction. I would say the building is constructed with sand and not with cement... In hall bedrooms the ceiling is just falling by just touching.. Think 1000 times when you want to buy from here... Ever ever seen in my life with such bad construction..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is unethical and does not respond to any call or courtesy to attend any issues. Think before you buy any flat here. People who has given +ve comments are either builders staff or the investors. I stay here and i have faced the pathetic construction with all sub standard materials used. Leakage everywhere, basement electrical points are exposed to leakage, often short circuit happens with no proper care taken. No OC no khata...... I have been cheated. Repenting now. See it to believe it. On 18th October 2018 a part of the lift room parapet collapsed and risking the residents. Image of the same is posted. Its seriously life threatening staying in this apartment.
