★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful apartment complex which has a grocery store, 2 wheeler visitor parking, a medical store, and also a barber shop! This Society is very peaceful, has plenty of space for the residents to walk around inside, even has a beautiful temple located inside the society. Certain drawbacks are lack of a four wheeler parking space. Any visitor to this place has to park the car on the main road which is not safe for an overnight parking. Also, the society association can take better care of the maintenance and hygiene as there are plenty of cockroaches roaming around near the ground floor and also, roosting pigeons which create a mess for the residents. There is No generator backup.
Apart from this, everything is quite good here with uninterrupted 24x7 water supply. Peaceful location, away from the noise of the main road and quite a relaxed place for residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our apartment is not so expensive as compared to other we have big park for walk around 2km one round, hear we can get wholesale ration and free home delivery from loyal city, fresh and cheap vegetables and fruits we can get from market bank, shopping, the best schools, famous college and less traffic so I love my place v v v much

The apartment has many blocks, shops inside, parking space.
Good dwelling place that is easily accessible from Hebbal and other locations in north
Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 blocks in one compound; provided with security, parking space and multiple businesses for necessary purchases and laundry. The building is a bit old and the cleanliness is not maintained well. Occupants are mostly families. A decent space for families to live under limited budget
