★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst drainage smell everywhere. if you flush you will definetly vomit. Owners here feel that smell is great and will ask you live with it. they dont give full information and act like owning a smelly flat is something great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments space is planned very well and the carpet area was relatively bigger than rest of the complexes nearby. Also there is no hype around the whole sales process. What you see is what you get. Excellent management of clients and specially the builder is great person, no non sense, very precise and follows all legal process. There is adequate space left around the apartment which also is great.
