★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Build quality is cheap. No proper sanity management, everyday the washroom stinks and the stp water in the flush is brown in color. Association members are worried about maintenance being paid or not but not worried about basis needs like cleanliness.

Gym facility is there but not provided yet, swimming pool is not maintained,water logs in the parking lot when it rains. The only plus point is it is near to manyata tech park. If I had an option to give rating in negative then it would be -5.
