I recently bought a flat here and moved in very smoothly. The bank had no issue with giving me a loan, the office staff were on their toes to provide me the needed paperwork. A Katha, OC and all approval seems to be clean. Very reasonable price, good ventilation, lighting is amazing even in the night the noon light, lights up the place. There things to be completed but the security, maintenance staff are up and ready to address any issue. Although they have shortage of manpower they make sure the job gets done. Like all apartments there are some issues that we can cry about but I have heard people of some big brand builders cry even more. My flat didn't come with a covered parking, bevause I agreed to buy one without it. Bangalore generally has a very volatile land ownership issues, even BDA plots allotted to IAS and IPS have had legal issues. As a resident and a purchaser I am very happy so far. Once you come in all the issues dont affect the peaceful living by any means. I am loving the ambience and the good will of the estate management. Any day a brand new unused apartment is a good bargain for the price WTC comes with, in Bangalore.

Love the ambience of this place. Great track around the complex for walking/jogging/cycling, and a nice little play area for the children within the community. The pool looks inviting too. Spacious 2BR and 3BR apartments and 4BR penthouses available for rent.

Pros: decent construction, good locality, less numbers of apts,good open space. Ventilation is excellent and unique design. Could grow to a nice cosy community if managed properly. Cons: 1. land issue, paid for 3aacre 37 guntas, but getting 3 acre 31 guntas. This comes about 50-1 lac per buyer extra. Land ower duped them, buider is passing it on buyers. Some owner may loose parking spce in future. 2. Basic amenities are missing, like basement/covered car park- lot of car parking around the periphery, 3. delay (by 4 yrs) in project competion-not yet complete - (not a single date they have met), pathetic plumbing, no club-house, ...they are totally out-of-sync with the customer and their demand. 4. The executation of this project pathetic, no clarity, managemnet lies all the time. . Only apartment is good-except that nothing else is worth of putting your hard-earned money here. This was a good concept, but poor execution lowered it. After living 1 yr in WTC: 1. Still no sight for project completion. Builder has started small small work again from March 2022. But sandatd is already compromized. Sold as a luxury apt, but its far from that. 2. Apt finishing is so bad, aluminiun paint is coming out, empty tiles base, very hard twater. All products are sub standards. 3. Land owner and builder are colluding together and end user are suffering. 4.Community is very nice, calm and quiet-, helpful residents. 5. Maintenance has not started, as project is not completed. This is landowner and builder collusion. Thingse are in limbo. Investor will have hard time to sell flats as good projects coming nearby. -Owner of Apt in WTC.

For All the Bad Reviews in the past there is always a solution which time has changed. Being a Resident of the society clarifying the things which are presented in different or ambiguous way with no clarity. Most of the people who have reviewed are neither a resident nor connected to project given reviews. in order to give actual facts posting this review in order to help people who want to reside or invest in this project positives 1. Green area of about 40000 sqft developed and completed 2. Construction quality is good for the price we paid and compare to similar projects in society 3. lot of open places and well ventilation and light in flat 4. Floor plan is unique 5.No common walls 6.XLR8 Membership. 7. OC Recieved and RERA and BBMP Approved project Negatives of the project with reasons 1. Developer Faced lot of issues from last 5 years for funds but still handed over the project. it has affected a project in terms of brand and made bad noise in market but after rectifying most of the things project looks good and livable comfortably 2. committed Amenities are completed and functioning Like gym, pool, Children Play area, Jogging Track, Garden, Power back up, security. 3. For all the odds of delay Developer has compensated by not charging maintenance from 2 years + gave compensation on delaying the project which most of the investors benefited from it. 4. Many developer has faced problem in pandemic many have washed out from market but this developer sustained and completed 5. there might be some issues in terms of delay in completion timeline but it doesn't make any thing living in society uncomfortable 6. Car Park basement is not there but some are open car park and some are covered car park but to all the flat in society car park is allotted and charges also taken accordingly. Concluding note that whatever odds and lagging in the project presently project came out well. and in future there will be lot of scope of appreciation since locality is developing at good pace.

Overall a good apartment complex, yet to be occupied, many apartments are still vacant. 2 bhks are priced anywhere b/w 65-75 lakhs and 3 bhks range upto 1 crore. All flats are well lit & well ventilated. Amenities too are good.
