★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often visit this apartment since I have friends living there. This apartment complex came out quite well and price wise, seems to be under priced compared to the neighbourhood luxury apartments around Manyatha Tech park.
Pros:
1. The amenities (Children's play area, Swimming pool, Community hall, Gym, Basketball, Tennis, Raquet and shuttle courts) are high class and would be less congested compared to the # of flats that would be sharing them.
2. The greenery surrounding the apartment block and the walking/cycling/roller skate path around the complex is quite useful as well.
3. When you stand in the podium, it feels like you are in a 5-star (or 7 star?) hotel. Also, the breeze is quite good at any point in the complex. Heard, they have quite a good supply of ground water as well.
4. Given the luxury amenities, pollution free environment, posh community and being next to Manyatha, this is most likely will have good demand in future.
Cons:
1. The short road to Manyatha needs paving by the BBMP to make it really look part of the Manyatha Tech park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution- anyone moving to this place would definitely regret. Run-down Management. Building houses mostly third-class techies, doesn’t even have community/civic sense. We had to move out within a couple of months because of the ill-mannered/third rated occupants. No doubt great landscaping but everything else is not true! Any good reviews are from paid reviewers. Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The luxury apartment where you could see best floor plan with minimum distance of 60ft to the next apartment wall on 3 sides while one common wall shared between 2 living rooms of adjacent apartment! This ensures ultimate lighting and ventilation which is rare thing to find in many of the so called branded luxury apartments in Bengaluru!
Landscape speaks for itself in pics! This more feels like a independent house than a apartment.
