★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we visited these apartments, me, my wife first thrilled to know the approachability with metro coming just opposite to the project... also, the 3bhk that we saw was very impressive with vaastu and very spacious for the rate offered to us, with excellent view of Nagavara Lake & Lumbini Garden. Our kids liked the lush greenery and open space around. I like the project with premium location.
To be frank, we've not seen such transparent sales team in any other projects that we visited... Very thoroughly explained and clarified all queries. Especially, we sincerely thank Priyabanti (from Sales team) for all the help, support through out. We really appreciate Prestige's professionalism in entire booking process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big sewage treatment plant -BBMP can be found humming which will be evident on propeeties facing the ORR. across the property, the piquant smell of hydrogen sulphide fills up the campus, the narrow access road leading upto the entry.. Sold out property and its again the personal choices. Dont get prejudiced, do visit and discover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well built residential complex. The clubhouse has almost every activity space. Walking and greenery surrounding it could have been added more area. The best part about the apartment is the view of the lake/Lumbini garden. A uber cool supermarket is present with almost everything. Overall a good residential place to be at for what it actually offers.
