★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just made an enquiry online with Sobha and I am very amused. They called me back only to tell you that their sales team will not talk to you if you have already enquired about another of their projects and if you donot have a second phone you cannot make any equiries about a second project..I am wondering if they are like this even before selling an apartment or villa, how will their service be after you buy? Wow! What a lousy sales team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful project, Sales team was very helpful … But CRM team(of this project) is terrible… If you need any clarifications or any queries regarding your unit clear in the initial stages itself…After buying CRM will be your point of contact and they are very unforthcoming…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good , hope to see and get what sales team have promised while selling the units as per them all the units will be smart homes.
CRM team they really have to work on Customer Relationships, they think that just sending emails to the customers is their sole CRM responsibility and rest everything customer has to deal by themselves w.r.t to demands,ledgers,payment reminders and etal. They will not send reminder messages, they will not send reminders by any other mode of communication channels other than emails, that's quite surprising when customer would have invested in Crores and the CRM feels (Alas! no customer connect) or rather thinks that they are too busy with multiple payment related work and seldom reach out to customer unless the customer calls them and asks them about the details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invested in this project, have owned Sobha before, dont know if this is to do with the HRC connection, but the CRM is terrible. Never have I experienced this with Sobha before. Each enquiry is like pulling teeth. On site support is dismal, god forbid if you make any techical queries....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. No doubt with the construction quality as always. Just wanted a clear answer of when can it be occupied? One of the sales managers say it will be ready to occupy by august end 2022. Considering the current scenario and also looking at the construction pace from last two years, I seriously doubt. Can someone prove me wrong or tell me the exact timelines please ?
