Location is close to the city yet far enough to feel outside the city.
The large spaces between opposing flats and the buildings is rarely seen in newer constructions.

Ample place for those go for walk.
There is lot of fresh air to breath as westerly winds keep blowing day and night.
More of all its a peaceful place where there's no bustling traffic.
No vehicles honking horns.
The environment here resembles resort kind of living

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed 17 yrs of stay at Purva Graces couple of days ago, a wonderful place to stay. The apartments though not large internally are certainly among the most spacious in the city when it comes to space between flats and common areas. Unity in diversity can be felt here, people stay in harmony and celebrate festivals irrespective of the religion or places of origin! Children as well as elders enjoy the free space the most here!!!

The families are down to earth, friendly and yet give others space. The social events like festivals, sports & national events like Independence & Republic day are observed with enthusiasm. The association is hardworking & effective and the society is well maintained.
