★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever seen builder in my life time. I came to Mumbai very recently and finalized a flat on rent in Kanakia exotica and all my happiness gone.....worst maintenance, worst flooring, they had to break the bathroom twice to stop the seepage in the floors. This is not only with me only, more than 20 flats are having issue and over all big fat dumb folks on administration. God save this country ....this is the reason rich are getting reacher and common man is still the common man.
