★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest fraud , these people commit a lot of things while selling the flat later they don’t fullfil even 25% of there promises. Example Heena Presidency Mira Rd they committed 24hrs water supply but can’t even provide water for 1hr . 90% bathroom fittings and kitchen fittings are rusted and damaged. After complaining several times these people reply we r not aware of the problems we ll solve in one week after that they disappear. In a 11 storey building this scamster builder has not even installed generated for the lifts. When there is no electricity in the building residents have to manage on there on by climbing 11floor. Such a pathetic service. Buying this property is my biggest nightmare.
