★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained; very secured. Good layout of the flats. Only issue is the absence of balcony, and from certain flats all you can see is other people's flats. Need to keep the curtains drawn all the time.

- Security is very Good .
- Maintenance of building is also very Good .
- Swimming pool , Stam bath , Gym and other facilities are also there .
- Underground Parking available .
- The best part of this building is Terrace garden . I spend most of my evening hours over there only .
- You can play basketball , cricket , skating , Yoga & My Most favourite activity ... Airplane spotting ( You can see Entire Mumbai Airport from the terrace ) .
- The only negative part or point is ...it is overpriced.
