★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently been there with my sister there...Emergency ward Doctors were very quick in probing. According to my sister the doctors in the Pregnancy/Labour division were very smart and the check up was "No Sweat". A female Staff of the Trauma section was very understanding, wasn't rude like other MCGM Hospitals have. Don't yet know about the technological level of the hospital, but I believe that won't cause any deduction of stars in the rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attitude and rude staff including cleaner and doctor also. Doctor comes on 9.30 only. No proper care for patients. If patients feel anything and need to show report we need to wait for next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff & doctors are amazing. they talk to the patients with highest level of attitude, rudeness & maintain the best form of unprofessionalism. The hospital is great but the staff completely opposite, not fit for such a reputed hospital. And the one star is only for the hospital, certain staff members and equipments. 4 stars were lost due to lack of empathy and service from the staff- from the doctor to the aaya.

Nurses ACT LIKE as if it's their hospital and has no concern with the patient

Located exactly on the junction of Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road & Western Express Highway @ Jogeshwari East.
One of the biggest municipal hospitals in Mumbai but not fully functional.
They should improve the facilities so that people from nearby locality should get all the life saving treatments at this place itself rather than the other municipal hospitals.
Once it gets fully loaded with all the facilities then it would be great help for the people who cannot afford costly treatments at the private hospitals.

Being a Municipal Hospital Don't Expect Luxury Treatment Here, This Hospital Serves it Purpose with Descent Staff, This Staff Sometimes have High Work Pressure therefore may Not be respond you correctly. Not All Doctors and Nurses are same.This Hospital is on Service road next to Western Express Highway, Near Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road Junction aslo known as JVLR Junction. Recently Metro Work is also going on Nearby road there this hospital will be accessible more easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital. Accidental cases mostly on western expressway are dealt on priority basis. As this is very nearby on JVLR junction. Staffs are well cooperative. Doctors are well qualified and well experienced. Nursing facility is also good. Overall state of art hospital.
