★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super long waiting time. We were the only ones there but it still took almost 2 hours for 2 of us. The nurses/doctors are not efficient and one of them didn't seem to know what she was doing. They didn't bother to ask the eligibility questions either, luckily my sister mentioned that she had just been bitten by a dog and that's when they said she can't donate otherwise it was like a walk in..no checking about whether you're eligible
