★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went here to buy sweet, while paying bill, I doubted on bill amount and asked to show bill, but she denied and insisting me to pay bill first, later when I denied to pay them showed bill and they added other items as well which we didn't confirmed them to add in bill. While am enquiring on it in English language, they are forcing me to talk only in kannada also giving free suggestion that learn kannada, if I want to stay in karnataka.
FYI- I from other state, I love to learn Kannada, however will take time to learn perfectly. Instead of serving customer politely, keeping customer not know Kannada language as base and behave rashly with customer is not at all good manners.
Worst experience ever I faced in Kanti.
I will never visit any kanti sweets any branche.

This shop located in the right place and has all varieties of sweets and karam.best place and enjoy your sweet here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been there for sweets and snacks. Shopkeeper's were showing no interest and they were busy on their own world.
We asked for spicy mixtures and they are giving sweet one's. They were not in the mood to ask what we are looking for and what products they have.
We asked for sweets and it was around 460 gms and they are telling shall we make it 500 gms. It's our wish to buy how much quantity we want. We are giving money at the end.
There were a lot of shopkeeper's/assistant's. It's of no use if you don't treat customer's good and enquire their needs.
First of all all items were costly. Secondly, no one was showing interest to handle customer queries. Shame on you.
Worst experience with Kanti Sweets. It is just a hype and just the name! Nothing else.
