★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrific experience from Natures Basket Whitefield with my current order. The order was not delivered in the time slot given (5 pm to 7 pm) and nor was the store answering any calls. No updates were shared from the customer service executive and they refused to cancel the order as well, after speaking to customer care three times. No explanation was given for late delivery either. If only they had informed me of lateness and not made me wait this whole time, I would have understood any delays. Will not order from Natures Basket any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a quick buy. Have a good collection of products. But the most expensive. Many products are imported. I guess they are targeting the residence there. If you want to buy some premium products then this place will be the best. They have a great collection of wines as well, which I didn't find anywhere else around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked dry items, place is congested. The earlier store had ample space. Veggies were not fresh at all. The earlier store had much better varieties and fresh stock. Space is a big constraint here
