A place that suffice to its name of "infusion- Bar & kitchen" by serving delicious desi dish like Litti Chokha in starter with a twist way of serving ( in pics) to serving delicate Mango Chili Margarita cocktail in different presentation. Visited this relatively new place over the weekend lunch in Whitefield and it was good time.
Loved the Litti Chocka served in small glass containers as starter ( house special). It had chokha and small pieces of litti mixed with onion and veggies. Every bite of it had blissfulness for my north indian taste bud :). It is must try item for sure. The other thing i really liked was BlueBerry and Grapes Salad. The combined sweetness of fruits was balanced nicely with other ingredients.
Veg Siu Mayi ( dimsum) was also very good with a bit different taste from any other place, definitely because of inhouse infusion :). Fajitas Verdura was great in stuffing with beans and different veggies, though the bread was just ok, It tasted good with salsa and cheese dip.
In cocktails the Mango Chili Margartia was really delicate both in taste and serving. The flavor of alcohol was perfect with mix of flavor of lime and mango and it was more on smoother side of a cocktail. "Mr Herby" mocktail prepared with Basil, Lychee, lemon syrup was really good in taste for a non-alcoholic drink and looked damn great too.
In dessert loved the Caramal cheesecake and Browine with Vanila Icecream were as decent as at any good restaurant.

Location – The restaurant is located in Whitefield – Varthur Road – which is the hub for the migrated crowd of Bengaluru and houses people from all across the country. Perfect place for an infusion bar to be. Parking is not an issue and even visibility.
Ambience – The interiors are carefully done with a chic and modern look which goes well with the kind of food they serve. It’s a multilevel restaurant with place to sit both inside and outside. An option for everyone. The bar counter is amazing as well!
Staff – The staff tried their best to make every order fulfil in time. There were some positives – like they did explain the menu well but it took lot of time to grab their attention, getting food on time and just the overall finesse. But it’s not a deal breaker.
Food – The food was awesome. I can’t complaint here. They had a good variety of dishes ranging from pan Asian to Rajasthani. Every dish had a unique twist to it. This makes the restaurant stand out from the other options available.
Drinks – Huge collection and variety. The bar tenders are more than capable to handle a large crowd without compromising the quality. They do have some new drinks on the menu which everyone would be head over heels for.
Value for Money – I would definitely call the place a value for money. No issues here.
What’s good? Litti Chokha. The drinks menu.
What’s bad? The service can be coordinated better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is set up across two floors. ambience of this place is very elegant, apt for both young and old. On the lower floor is a bar like setting and upper floor is a lounge space.
The food menu is overall limited with a few vegetarian options.
There were a few hits and misses in terms of flavours. In terms of vegetarian spread I felt, though the presentation was good, the flavours need to match up, since its only a limited fare. Amongst the cocktails saffron sezerac(whiskey) and portini(rum) were excellent. Garden fresh mocktail was totally on point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edge newly opened restrobar at Whitefield, Visited on Saturday with bunch of friends for Lunch.
Ambience is very pleasant they are spread into 2 floors. They have indoor and outdoor sitting options.
They have a very good seating arrangements. You can make yourself comfortable however you wish.
It is very good place to hanging out with friends and spend some quality time.
Staff of the restaurant is very polite and humble.
They help you with everything you need.
You have a lots of options in the food menu as well as in bar.

Drinks like cocktails are good. Food is tasty but options are very few. You'll enjoy this place if you want to spend some time with your dear friends or family members for a quiet talk over drinks and also enjoy some limited options of tasty food. They have live music band playing but none of the crowd were interested though!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a place.. Uniquely designed interiors.. Super specious.. Basically it two floored restro bar.. Both the floors have their separate bar. Loved the ambience & lighting. Very friendly staffs. They were very courteous. The service was really good. Best place to go with ur family, friends, bae. One of the best place for varieties of cocktails & mocktails. All the presentations of cocktails and mocktails were just amazing & eye catchy. Top notch presentation. They have numerous drinks & dishes in their menu. I tried a lot of food items & drinks.
The drinks I personally liked :
1. Mr Herby
2. Saffron Sazerac
3. Yuzu delight
4. Soul Spa
5. Watering Can
The dishes :
1. Togarshi Chick stick = It was soo yummy, soft n slight crispy. The dip served with it was soo good n fresh. Loved it.
2. Grilled garlic Prawns = Prawns were soo juicy n delicious.
3. Kung pao chicken
4. Desi waldrof salad = It was soo fresh n flavourable. Must try
5. Naan with Murgh tikka masala
In desserts :
1. Sihoutte chocolate chiffon Tart
2. Classic creame bruille = basically it was baked caramel Custard.
All over all were too good. Must visit & try their some unique drinks & dishes.

EDGE undoubtedly has the best presentation when it comes to cocktails and drinks in Bangalore!
I visited this place on a weekend and it was quite crowded. Located in Whitefield, this place boasts of a large area with two floors and has a very classy appeal and a vivid ambience. The lighting is quite great as well.
Coming to the service, the waiters and staff members were quite helpful and friendly. They know how to handle the customers well and are very courteous. Apart from a few waiters, everyone was really good to us.
Lastly, the food and the drinks were fabulous. I loved nearly all of the dishes and all of the drinks. Coming to the presentation, there's no match for EDGE. Not only the presentation, but also the taste of the food was quite great.
I don't want to recommend any specific dishes because I'm sure whatever you order would be great. However, you can still ask the manager for the specials.
In a nutshell, EDGE is one of the places in Bengaluru who impressed me a lot with their professionalism and their presentation.
Kudos to the whole team of EDGE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the place is new, it is definitely here to stay. With cuisines from France, Turkey, Italy, India, America, China, Japan, Singapore and much more, the food will not disappoint! With fresh ingredients and amazing depth of flavour, the chef deserves every praise that comes his/her way. With warm service, great ambience and music, EDGE is highly recommended on my list!
