★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to Kanva diagnostic to meet Orthopaedic doctor in the evening
Front line staff suggested to meet Doctor Praveen. N. When I approached him for pain in heel, he was very kind enough to hear my problem with lot of patience. Quality of his diagnosis is really great & suggested medicines ,to wear soft slippers & certain exercises. I have become alright within one week. This doctor is really an asset to Kanva diagnostic lab, Nagarbhavi. I really felt very happy about the services rendered by doctor & other staff. Lab ambience is very neat & clean.However certain technical staff behaviour needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the government approved booster dose says timings as 9, the hospital authorities said it starts only from 9.30. why there is no coordination ? Having come early by 15 minutes for my 9 am slot at 8.45 now i am forced to wait till 9.30 for my processing to start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire process of my Preventive Medical Checkup went so fine with experienced lab technicians and diagnosis equipment is advanced including CT, Echo and BFT. Centre is neatly maintained with trained staff. Had a consultation with doctors after reports. Ambiance makes us relaxed.

People at help desk, reception were courteous and guided me properly. My whole lot of tests went off smoothly and in timely manner. Reports were sent to mail that evening. On the whole it was a great experience.

Kind and quick response by the reception staff. Special appreciation for the ULTRASOUND scanning team for their kind hospitality and care towards their patients.
We had been shown a greatest of their interest in addressing our questions/doubts by their generous words.
