★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put the wrong border on our curtains and refused to rectify the issue. Billed us for items which they didn't provide. We live outside Delhi so have eventually gotten tired of following up with them repeatedly. Very disappointing and would never recommend to anyone. Don't go by the promises they make when they want to start the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a nice ambient, the range of blinds, curtains and decors were splended. I was suprised that they have every kind of fabric available from exported to imported. They provide best service in Delhi Ncr and there prices were also affordable. I would recommend this to those who live in delhi ncr to visit once if you are looking for similar things for your home interior and decor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time purchase from Kapaas MG Road Gurugram.
Thrice the curtains went for alterations
The stitching is so poor, first the borders were put on each corner, wherein the instructions were to put it in the centre and the hem wasn't in cemetery. Second time when they did it in the center, it wasn't straight and was overlapping .
Even after the third alteration they could not fix the cemetery..but I gave up as the curtains are off white in colour and everytime it came dirty. So, at last I kept it as it is. Do Not make a mistake of paying them in advance..
I guess they gave the curtains to some amature.
No sense of " value of Customer money" and "belonging"
