★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a bed from Avian about 2 weeks back. Bed was delivered on time, the assembly guys were fine. We have had three issues with the bed, two of them were resolved. With the third issue that happened today, we tried to contact the person through which we purchased the item from. After failed attempts of getting through to him, we contacted another number which turned out to be the number of the owner, Pradeep Puri. Not only this guy is not interested in listening to you, he will yell at you, ignore your complaints and stop taking your calls. After his shouting and ignorance of my calls, I visited this guy at his store. His arrogance was no less personally. I asked him to take his bed back, and keep the money, he was arrogantly adamant that he wont get his bed picked.
Moral- the owner is an arrogant man who either has too many clients or maybe he has never heard any complaints in his life that he took my complaint(s) to his ego.
Buy stuff at your own risk, coz maybe, the owner could shout back at you too.

Since I wasn't entirely satisfied with the finish, they agreed to redo the whole set and I am 100% happy with the final outcome. The sales executive was highly informative and extremely courteous, which is a rarity these days. Also impressed with the proactive follow up from their side to keep me updated with the work in progress and estimated time of delivery. They were also very receptive to feedback. Keep up the good job
