★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. What they deliver is not what you see at their store. Pls be extremely beware of Anuj and his cronies. They sweet talk their way through the deal and don't deliver on time. Our furniture was delayed by over a month. It was delivered damaged and multiple flaws. It required painful follow-ups to have it corrected. Would not recommend this store to anyone

We bought ceiling lamp/chandelier worth 20K from this store, at the time of purchase the sales person clearly told us that whenever we want to install the lamp/chandelier we can let them know and they will arrange someone. The person also asked our address and all, after a month before installation I called the shop requesting to arrange someone as promised, they clearly denied saying our job is to sell and not to install we never promised installation. They asked us 1500K as an additional charge to arrange someone. My mistake I purchased it from here, many other places on same lane as promised arranged their electrician and installed the items bought from their shop. Guys don’t promised false things at the time of sale if you really don’t mean it. My request to people visiting this shop will be please be aware of such things and get in writing on bill what they promise else don’t buy here you have plenty other good options available around.
