β β β β β Doctors are looting people.
They took two days to transfuse 2 units of blood.
Initially they said second unit of blood will transfer after 2 hours of first unit.
But after that they refused, said that it will happen tomorrow.
Billing is so pathetic. It took 1 and half hour to get discharge from hospital.

β β β β β It is an ordinary-looking private hospital sorry Nursing Home.
> Their services are below average as compared to other private hospitals.
> They have stairs and a very heigh ramp at entrance(almost 60 degree elevated), which is hard to walk on it. Seriously I felt like I climbed a hill.
> I visited there once for dressing for my C-section, though it is a non-covid hospital as they said over the call when I reached there, I saw a covid-19 servicing van in the hospital premises with the hospital branding on it, THAT WAS REALLY SHOCKING.
> Secondly, the person who came for dressing doesn't even sanitize his hands. He sanitized when I pointed him out.
> They won't have the sense to call a lady staff for helping or supervision. They called her upon my request.
> They charge more than what they should as per their standards.
> They don't have waterproof dressing facility there.
> They charged me Rs 500 for a normal dressing which is not worth it. I already got a waterproof dressing done in Rs 500 from my delivery hospitalΒ a way highly maintained private hospital as compared to Kapil multi speciality.
I will never recommend anyone to go there, rest is your will.

β β β β β Good Hospital I have admitted here I have no complaints about this Stay. All Staff was Friendly. They worked well as a team. Pain Management was the best. I would highly recommend Kapil multispeciality Hospital to friends and Family. The Staff was excellent, and I had great Consultant, Dr. Bhaskar.

β β β β β Your facilities and especially your amazing staff, gave me excellent Care and made me about as comfortable as I could be. Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I just would like to Thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be. They are absolutely top natch caring professionals, and made me glad I chose Kapil Hospital.
