★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst society with very bad people. From my personal experience, if you are looking to rent a flat in this society, please don't. The owners will harras you at every possible opportunity. Even the society members and even the security guards will bully you and no matter what the society chairman will take his side. Also they will do anything to deduct security money from you, they will falsly claim that your rent is pending, then they will ask you to renovate the flat, oor even delay your deposit return in every possible way.
Very bad panthetic people with no manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the not the place to live in, you can find better. The society RULES are ALWAYS relaxed when it comes to core committee members.
I will tell you 3 scenarios which will give you a fair idea about making a decision before moving in this society.
1. A fine day my brother came to mumbai unannounced from Hyderabad via road..he was on road trip, it was a surprize for me which was ruined by few inteligent society members. I requested to allow parking for one night in place of my vehicle. I was ok to keep my vehicle on road and allow the visitor to park at my space. But one of the core members said since the visitors vehicle do not have society sticker no mater whether the space is made by you or anyone else, we cannot allow to park.... Hmmm very intelligent thought right???
2. Moving my furniture less than 500 kgs were not allowed by lift. I had to pay 1000 bucks
everytime when some stuff which could have been easily moved by lift.
3. The tenants cannot park near the lobby inspite of having space
