★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From past 8 years I am using Kappa services for broadband and I don't think that I need any other network to change. what speed they are promising, they are giving. From past 8 years, whether its Bhopal or Udaipur , internet speed has never been questioned by me. Thanks to kappa and its team. Recently they launched Fibre optics which greatly increased speed. Reliable and trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Yatish is the fraud in this company. They will install all equipments and charge you with huge amount of one time fees after that their promise of fast speed is fabricated. And they don't provide security amounts as back according to terms.
When you will visit their office and try to show them that you don't know anything about broadband then they will fool you by saying their plans in brochures are belong to megabytes not in megabits
Really worst experience.
