I request you don't go for Spiderlink(Karni Cable)
These guys are very unprofessional(Karni Cable ) and their net connectivity is the worst .
You will have to face the consequences if you go for this one.
3000+5000 = 8000 rs waste .
I was Spiderlink user.
Never ever go for them.

Link get breaks every 5 minute Team is not picking up the phone
Customer care is for the name only they also book the complain but no result complain are closed without intimation
I have sent mail to remove the net but no response from there side
Refund my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy this service this the worst service provider ever.
They do not give you 100 MBPS its shows over the speed test about 94 mbps and if you download something it gives you 10 mbps max download speed.
Now when i ask them to give my money back the broker said i will charge the internet uses till date.
Even they didnt tell me how to check the balance \
every second day they do the maintenance work.
they shows 2500 for three months but the broker charged me 5000 rs for a month
4000 installation and 1000 per month i am failed to get rid of this provider but save yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service Gauri Shankar sharma is very unprofessional men he don't know how to take Care of customer every time he making excuse regarding broadbrand service because his net service is very poor whenever you call him he can't listen you he cut your call so please save your money don't go for spider link ( Karin cable network) very poor service . I took broadbrand service for work from home but because of Gauri Shankar and team my working experience is become very bad . These type of people only work for money they are very useless so this not worth buying.
