★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of plumbing issues at home after few years of Occupancy. I had to redo entire bathroom tiles and wall . When we broke the interior walls for re-plastering, I figured there was hardly any cement mixed along with sand. The ratio was very less. Most of the bathroom tiles were found to be hollow causing severe dampness issues on interior walls. Not just me, everyone in this apartment face these problems.
