★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service given by this builder in terms of replying to customer query, in terms of keeping commitment towards hand over date.
They will make customer pay 50%-60% payment without receiving CC for the project, they keep project overall status to bare minimum %, so that they can ask for extension in handover date from rera.
And if you ask they will say it is customer's responsibility to update rera status.
They will just eat your all money and extend possession date one after another with the help of rera's extended date, they will keep minimum possible numbers of labours at site so that construction goes at lowest possible speed.
Think several times before investing in any project from this builder.
Horrible experience ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Raja Ritz Avenue project should be an eye opener for customers looking to invest in their projects. The owners who the have purchased/ Invested in this project reach out to the builder almost on a daily basis for the handover of their apartments and they have no ethics or values to honor deadlines that they themself provide. People have invested all their hard earned money and just waiting more than a year now and still the phase 1 of the project is a long way behind completion as on Jan 29th 2022.
The builder blames Covid for the delay but in reality the work actually happened during the lockdown period , funny isn't it. The Rera deadlines have been voilated but no government body comes to the rescue of home buyers.

Raja ritz avenue is the one their project where I purchased in 2018 and still counting days for getting handover.
Rera date is already expired for the project but they seems to be not bothered at all for that, making false promises month after month.
Intensionally putting less labour to keep the speed of construction at lowest possible speed and giving all sorts of excuses like covid restrictions/ bad weather/ rain/ labour holiday.
They are ready with all this excuses when comes to giving possession but at the same time they are setting up new office location, doing all sorts of ceremony, circulating photos with no restrictions, no bad weather, no labour holidays.
Sometime I feel construction at bangalore running at full speed everywhere except in one place that Raja Ritz avenue.
Think twice before investing at any of the project by this builder.

The review I am putting after waiting for 4 years after purchasing my flat, I get everyday feedback about how you guys are running construction.
Its about everyday where number of labour on avg. is 10 to 20 from last 4 months, I even did not mention the point you guys kept construction suspended for many months in the past years giving this kind of excuse like rain, labour holiday, covid, bla bla bla excuse after excuse...
Talking about grace period, as per our agreement handover date ie Jan 2021( hope you did not forget about that completely), you have already consumed 1 year and still counting...
Yes I will revist to this comment on 30th March 2022 and update the another false handover date which anyway you are going to give us as you are doing from last almost 1.5 years.
