★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Unprofessional and clueless support staff who will simply keep "forwarding your request to the concerned department" for one month and still have no clue about when the uniform will be delivered.
Schools should really look at NOT tying up with them. They have major issues with customer support - schools just tie-up with them, but it is the parents who have to follow up with Kare's customer service which is a very painful experience.
Dealing with Kare customer care feels like dealing with some Government Office - Except the fact that Government Offices are way to efficient these days ...
