★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12th June 2019. Ordered chicken tikka and chicken roll. When I got the ordered, the chicken smelled bad, I thought may be its the combination of green chutney+onion that is creating this false smell, I went back to the table, my son said, "it smells bad", I smelled again and tasted a bit of chicken tikka piece. It was completely rotten. I went back to the counter at Kareem's, he agreed it's rotten and asked me to let me prepare another serving. Even the guy on left hand counter agreed its rotten smell. I refused for another serving and asked for refund of 362 rupees. I got that and I am not going to eat there. Kareem's response was "sir one lot might be rotten", I asked him how come the chef who was preparing it and other dozen people working kitchen didn't notice such a bad smell and served this to me, he had no answer to this. This happened on 12th June 2019. The card was swiped for 362 rupees at 7:27 PM. I got refund in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday 2nd november bad experience....ordered double kathi roll and reminded cashier to convey same to chef........I clearly heard chef while delivering said its single roll and counter person insisted that its double.......when I told him I heard the chef then only he agreed to change........roll was delicious but in my opinion pl remove this item from your menu so nobody else get tricked

Total waste of money. Shame on the name of Kareems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the chicken non veg biryani meal. The meal came with one serving of biryani, 2 pieces of chicken curry, raita , salad and one gulab jamun. The entirety of the meal was severely disappointing. The biryani was devoid of flavour and quantity wise it was enough one for one person , chicken tikka was served as meat in top of the biryani which was also with bone . The chicken curry was so so. The raita was I adequate and gulab jamun was average.The roti was as expected.
The price with tax was 308rs wasn't worth the food. Order something else . It is not worth the price

And staff behaviour was also not good
I strongly feel that it is no worth to come for food here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Murg Dum Biryani and Biryani meal... Very average experience. Quality wise okayish but quantity and mainly tastes wise bellow par for price we paid. Prices were costlier side and both options did not justify prices. Biriyani was blunt thought had spices with 2 peices of chicken ?. Portion was okayish but considering price overall it was below par. Please improve on your tatse side or may yesterday was bad day...
