The taste has changed a alot
Prices are high
The spices were less didn't taste at all good
Hopes were broken by the taste and the quantity
Chicken was frozen and cold not at all hot
They said the it like this only
KFC need to invest the product rather in marketing
KFC pls change Add more spices and the taste
I know u guys can improve

order timing is 12-15 mins.
lots of options , I ordered fiery chicken and chicken popcorn, my favourite drink here was virgin mojito and lemon zest(both are must try)...
all in all an ok place.. will rate 3 star out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC is good for what it offers but the only reason for me to give 4 stars is, poor service. Long waiting ques. With KFC in a mall, they didn't anticipate a huge crowd and such are unable to handle it. Besides, french fries taste is inconsistent unlike other popular brands. It has relatively good space for eatings at the top floor of mall, but it's a common space which can be occupied by customers of other food courts or brands. Hopefully KFC will address the same and improve their services. Else no problem with taste of other KFC products on offer.
I've ordered the ultimate savings bucket meal and it took almost 20-30mins. Although taste is too good but hope for quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and skip this outlet. It is poorly managed with no thought or concern for customer service.
Not all of it is its fault because of it being in the food court of a busy mall but the carelessness they show is stunning. They took exactly 40 mins to hand us our meal and that was not because of order backlog. They realized after about 20 mins that one of the items ordered is not available and did not bother to inform us. Their order call out screen was bricked. So you had no way of knowing when will your turn come up. This added to a lot of chaos. Finally after enquiring after the third time, they informed us about the unavailability of an item and we replaced it with something else.
To our surprise this is when they started preparing the rest of our order. That meant another 20 min wait. Their whole process is truly wrecked with total communication breakdown between the front and kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff !! Don't know how to talk to kids and customers. Not everyone knows what is good is KFC and they tend to ask more. Kids from different backgrounds comes here to try the food but not all have good communication or confidence to speak up for what they want and in that case the staff should know how to make them feel comfortable to speak instead of yelling at them.

The staff is very very courteous and always eager to serve. What differentiates the store from other outlets is the genuine smile and warmth of the team.
The staff cleans the place frequently and make sure all protocol of Covid 19 are followed.
