★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Congratulations for organising Udupi events (state level and 31st south zone level championship) successfully. Glad to learn that many meet records are achieved. congratulations to the athletes. As promised by MLA, we welcome National level meet in Udupi in the near future. Before the national meet, request the KAA to increase the lighting facilities at the stadium. opening ceremony march fast was over shadowed by poor lighting system at the venue. infact there was no lights at all in the tracks. Please arrange clean and neat seating facilities with hygienic food for the athletes to enhance their performance. Food quality was horrible during the events and I'm ashamed to state that worm was found in the food. Unfortunately couldn't take the photo due athlete didn't Carry mobile.Did not see any advertising board at the beginning of the 100mtrs sprints, which could have looked superb for video recording. We have seen the advertising boards in zonal events in other states. Please promote athletes in the best and professional ways to bring more glory to India.
After the honouring athletes, it's not good for all the support staffs to stand for the photographs. Photo should be only with athletes and the guest. We need to maintain professionalism as these photos are posted on the social media. Another request to invite deserving dignitaries to honour the athletes. This goes long way to motivate the athletes through their life and achieve.
Hope these few concerns are considered for the future meets.
