★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Staff, worst service.......Had visited branch for a COVID Insurance...The staff did not have the courtesy to answer few queries. After submitting the Insurance form, they needed 5 days to realize that the insurance has been removed from their Insurance list and they cannot do it.
The worst part comes now:
>wasted 5-6 days of waiting period for that insurance
>the staff is such worst that they did not even think of calling the customer informing that they cannot do the insurance, customer should visit the branch to know the status.
