★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chitra has been our family physician since several years. We've been most comfortable going to her for both our kids and also for any of our health issues. Her medical expertise and medication is extremely reliable and we thank her for always being accessible. One of the very few doctors who doesn't treat health care as a business and is quite ethical with her practices.

My family has been consulting doctor Chithra from last 7.5 years.. doctors in other branches are very good too. Overall completely satisfied and happy yo have the clinic nearby ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like we got ripped off. We went in for shoulder and neck pain. Dr. Thomas suggested vitamin b and d deficiency test which she said costs 3000 rupees ( it's much cheaper anlt any other laboratory other than this). Then she suggested that might as well go for a full body check up which is 4000. We came out with a bill of over 4500. The prescription was analgesic, a muscle relaxant and some booster syrup. We didnt get any bill whatsoever. We were told that we would get the bill after we get the report and that is the protocol. Not sure which state rule these guys follow but atleast in india that's not the protocol. A day later we got the report, for which we were told that that the doctor would only call if there is any problem with the report. When we asked for a bill, all we got a receipt of 4600, without any break up, no gst invoice. So in the end, we were out more than 4600 bucks, no actual diagnosis but were given muscle relaxant and analgesics on a hunch, No gst bill that we can get a reimbursement for, on the top of that, no follow up on the whole body check up. FYI, the whole body checkup is not at all worth the price. You do not even get to know what is aprt of their master health check up plan. Please get a second opinion before you spend money at this clinic. Do not go by the overwhelming positive reviews on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good reliable clinic and lab. Staff is polite, humble and friendly. Head nurse (Dakshayini) is available for home visits in the area (either for blood sample collection, few basic health checks &/or administering injections). She is friendly, proactive and has been of great help. Dr. Chithra (Family physician) & Dr. Manjunath (dietitian) provide good guidance and medical assistance for all age groups. Cost wise also they are reasonable.
