★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "POOR SERVICE"....especially for new customer(STUDENT).one should have introducer from their bank...
If you don't have any,
Then will ask for PAN,PASSPORT OR DL.
If one has he'll definitely provide.
What about those who don't any this document.
I had every document except this docs...
But then too...
They didn't accept.
Finally had to leave.
And opened my account in other bank
With best customer service.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever.... staffs here are so irresponsibled and look lethargic..if questioned about any account opening procedures they get angry. what if people who have no knowledge about banking comes to these people...? and few of the staffs don't even know basic manageable kannada atleast to communicate with localites...and they cannot expect customers to talk hindi/english...they should have one introducer to help new customer...this bank folks don't even deserve one star...please close this branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have faced a cash out issue in their Atm were they don't have power back up system for the entire bank, strictly they should not do this for people they will come for emergency to cash out in ATMs but at that moment if you have disappointed with cash out issue (i mean amount debited but not delivered by atm) what people will do at that moment they will suffer with out money when asked in bank those people say to come with compliant letter at wait for 3 days i seriously want to know that is this a bank fault are people fault ? i am going to file case in consumer court against this bank for non safety in banking with them, all peoples i strongly not recommending this bank and any money with this bank cash out and deposit in safe banks their are many private banks with prompt services don't trust this type of banks
