★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of scammers and fraudsters. They will give you vehicle after taking full advance with battery and other issues. On complaining, they will not refund a penny and take back the possession of their vehicle with filled up petrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience I ever had. They took the money in advance and later they turned their back by saying they dont have activa.After half an hour of arguing and waiting they brought Cliq and said they dont have any more.Just because we were admant later they brought activa but with battery down, which after filling the pertrol,it stopped. And we waited for 1 hr but to no avail.Customer service support was rude and denied rfefund and even disconnected the call in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used vehicle for 11 months but my experience was haptic and if u pay first then the were not give u right vehicle and they don't give ur money back and one of my friend took vehicle from this company but he didn't payed the money. After this people warn me and ask me to pay the money don't rent the vehicles from this site I'm strongly not recommend. If don't believe my word u will get same experience which is I got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star- They are running scam/fraud with sukuto.com. Sequence: Book bike from sukuto.com - sukuto will give bike rental shop number- you call, they confirm the booking. When you go to pick up the bike, they would tell booking has been cancelled yesterday itself and sukuto.com will refund not us. You would not get any cancellation/refund message.
Call the police and they will refund then and there. I did that.

These guys will give you a defective vehicle and wont even offer a full refund if you complain about it. Looks like they are doing it with most of the customers as I saw the other reviews. Have taken it up with the authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new learner wanted to get some practice hence booked Pulsar for 1 month, i never got it , but they replaced it with gixer , the quality was very bad . once they outsource to a some local mechanic, they donot even bother to check , all transaction those mechanic will only handle. I requested for pick up & drop , during start of the service they took 500 for 24km & then later 800 for taking it back. No papers were given and also was told if in case traffic police was caught I need to tell that its my Friends bike. No professionalism at all. Plus for one day extra they charged 700 rs . I just want to close all transactions with the local mechanic and just make sure my document submitted was back. With Gods grace nothing illegal happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic service. Very unprofessional people. These people will just try to convince you to take the vehicle anyhow, whether you like it or not. Please don't make payment. Once you've made the payment, your money will never be refunded to you. These are highly unprofessional guys who will not only ruin your money, time and energy but will also make you to chase them only to receive a convincing answer which will never convince you. Please, its my request for everyone to never get any vehicle from this company. If you have to pay a little more price for the other provider, please go for it.
Thumb rule for renting a bike: Never pay 100% advance for vehicle without having seen it. I would say, never even pay 100% advance for any vehicle. There are rental bike providers who ask you to pay later. Go for such providers. Minus 100 stars for this pathetic company in reality. I had to choose a single star to post it publicly so I did. Otherwise it is not worth a single penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience in my lifetime. I took service from sukuto leaving royal brothers for my puducherry trip. After making online payment of 700 vendor asked me extra money. And when I called sukuto and mailed regarding this that time .There was no action for it and reply for it. It was so crowdy on chrismas and vehicles were not available so we had to take the scooter after paying extra 300. Vendor was asking more money telling about his loss from booking of sukuto. scooter condition was so bad ..front scooter handle was shaking and no single halmet was provided to us, saying that there is no need of halmet in our city. How ridiculous answer from the vendor, I could never expect from local bike rental vendor how they treat travelers. One time, we went to vendor for getting it repaired because side stand was falling down and my friend had to hold it up by his leg..I can't say the situation we faced due to this Sukuto nonsese company vendors connect. I never recommend this company to any of one reading my comment. These guys are irresponsible and don't worry about their customer once their pockets get filled up. Be careful friends.
