I had an American Tourister bag. All the wheels and the handle was broken. It was out of warranty too. Official AT store told me they would charge ₹2400 for the wheels and ₹1600 for the handle. That's ₹4000. That's the cost of the bag itself. Also they said they would keep my bag with them for 15 days.
So I decided to take it to this shop and I can't tell you how glad I am. The whole repair costed only ₹1600. And they did it in 2 hours.
The shop is not located in a posh area and it is very very very small. Barely enough room for the workers and the bags. But none of that should be a concern as they do the job properly.
