★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you belive how worst it is buying a site/plot from from Karnataka Telecom Department Employees Cooperative Society ? Its nearly 15 years I bought a plot (Ayushmanbhava Layout ) from them . They took all the money in installaments for this unapproved layout. Still it is not ready for registration. That's my worst investment I never done in my lifetime. All the hard earned money is in their hands and they have the same update every year. When we call them in the Year beginning they say year end and vice versa. The president Mr. Bhaktavatsalam is never available for the people. So please think and buy. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied for 30×40 site in Athmanandasagara project mysore and paid all instalments along with escalation cost of Rs50.00 per square feet in 2009,but till date unable to see my site.Calling this office landlines is such a foolish thing,we always since 2009 we get a same reply in kannada inna ready thing all,don't these guys ever get tired of this type of cheating replies?.I am now planning to seek alternate ways to get my money back along with interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society formed to dupe people. the final Site cost is escalated from the previously quoted rate without any logic . A wait time of Minimum 10 years that too if you follow up regularly, else it's bye-bye to your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ppl r cheating ppl buy taking money for sites 1st, then they say that there is some issue from the govt and even after 20yrs of payment they don't allot u with sites. After 20 yrs of payment they come for negotiation and say that they r ready to give sites but we have to pay difference amt according to current land value or we can tk bk our money after 6mnt of written application. No benefits added

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been over 13 years that my father had invested here. Ayushmanbhava is the proj name. We haven't received any land yet, the place(attibele) is still the same as we say it 6 years ago, no roads in the layout, neither have they marked the site numbers.

Starting from the parking of my car in front of their office (security guard was very friendly and helped me park too), meeting the accounts office for discussion at 1:30pm (lunch time and he was working), to his detailed explanation of the process and where I am lagging to maintain my account. It has been a very good experience overall during my visit today.
They are still paper driven age old accounting system and that leaves ample opportunities for improvement. Nevertheless, it was a good feeling to experience age old practices of double entry book keeping here
