★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site is Good in the midst of nature but this particular Building is worst place to live in. This Building doesn't have CHS, all under control of builder, no one follows rules, people keep parking here n there. Few residents don't care for others, just throw water from their balcony which falls on others' balcony and even falls on you if you are standing unfortunately on the ground below. No amenities and place to play for kids. This is regarding building, there are other issues which bothers you everyday, such as unavailability of Auto Rickshaw, unavailability of groceries, veggies nearby. Nearest one is Reliance Smart in sec 15 CBD Belapur where you can go by crossing the most busy uran road n NMMC signal. While coming back auro rickshaw will never come by mete in this area, they demand fixed fair ( Double or more).
Overall the place is not suitable for a family who has kids who has to go different classes regularly. If you still want to stay, then at least avoid Kartik Regency, there are few more societies, may be better than this but I have no idea about them. If you are staying without kids or kids are grown up, drive bike / care n manage themselves then only you should stay in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located Society situated at the corner of the Chowk at Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation at the Palm Beach Road. Just 10 minutes drive to CBD Belapur and SeaWood Railway Station. Auto stand is just one block away.
Pros: Location, connectivity, relatively cheaper rental (25K- 30K). 2BHK flat price hovers around 1.1 to 1.2 Cr. Carpet area of approx 850+. Wider stair case, ample open space for car parking.
Cons: Society not maintained properly, still run by the builder. Flat owners are struggling for the Society formation. Single 7 story tower.
