No one takes the responsibility of anything.
Lift: One lift is getting replaced for the last 3 months and the only working lift keeps on having troubles and guess what you can't even complaint because there's no one in society actually society exists only for getting bills paid on time.
Water supply: we are suffering from water shortage for the last 3 months. 11 days the water shortage has been more than 12 hrs and 2 days it has been for more than 24 hrs.
The society doesn't have sufficient storage and is dependent on water tankers which they will only call when people start dying without water for hrs.
Parking: anyone can park vehicle anywhere. My parking is being used by 3 other bike owners.
The only reason anyone will stay here is due to the proximity to shops like reliance smart and joggers track near it. But that reason is to small to suffer with the problems this building has.
