★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students and I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher.
The course gives a good background knowledge of theory, as well as practice. The teacher are very professional and supportive to students. I have enjoyed the course very much and made many friends.The yoga and meditation 200 hour course was for me all that I needed and was looking for, I'm very grateful for all that I've learned, and im looking forward to learn more from them.
Karuna murthy and rati rao are the great teachers and very approachable and knowledgeable. I would recommend them especially for beginners, who need special attention and personal care. Karuna murthy sir can be a very responsible friend who knows how to take care of students even outside the yoga studio. The amount of knowledge that I have obtained at karuna yoga vidya peetham is life changing.

Karuna yoga is one of the best place to learn yoga in bangalore. I was practicing yoga for last 3 years so thought of perusing yoga as a career. Initially I thought becoming a yoga teacher only meant to be perfect on asana practices. But there are a lot of learning and unlearning involves in it. All the topics of yoga philosophy, satkarma, physiology and anatomy, teaching methodology and technique were taught very nicely. All the faculties are extremely knowledgeable. My special thanks to Rati Ma'am and Karuna Sir. The vinyasa classes by Rati Maam were extremely detoxifying. The way she takes care individual person's health issue is wonderful. Karuna sir is a very generous and kind person. The kind of knowledge in yoga he has is just incredible. He always gives more without asking. Also helps by giving ideas on how we can take yoga as a career. I am extremely grateful to karuna yoga for transforming me as a yogi. I feel more calm and peaceful now. The journey of yoga is never ending. I am glad that I choose Karuna yoga to be part of my journey

am a working professional and karuna sir was flexible to accommodate my schedule whenever i missed any class.
Best part here is that it was not just a one way teaching. Teachers allow you to put your own perspective and develop the concept. This is important to become a teacher.
I highly recommend karuna yoga vidya peetham for all level( beginner and advanced) of students. Specifically for working people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed my 200 hours of Teacher Training Course (TTC 200) online (From Adelaide, South Australia) with Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham. Before starting this course, most of my friends informed me that practising and completing yoga teacher training online would be challenging. However, the amount of support I received from Dr Karuna Murthy and Rati Rao (teachers) was exceptional and facilitated me in learning theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Dr Murthy Sir is well educated, experienced and very patient. I attended a few external yoga sessions online, which were organised by Dr Murthy Sir, and it helped me enhance my knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed yoga practice sessions online with yoga teachers and other students.
I highly recommend Karuna Yoga Vidya Peetham for beginners, intermediates, advanced and also students who want to become yoga practitioners.

As It was teacher training classes which were very easy to understand as Mr. Murthy is very knowledgeable and makes it easier for people to understand and he analyses the level of his students. As he is quite flexible with the timings and students needs, I felt really comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true guru. Mr. Murthy teaches more than just postures and flow but the core of Yoga which is really very important for new Yoga teachers. I was trained more than 2 months under him.Definitely highly recommend for yoga teacher training courses in Central Bangalore.
