★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very less food shop here. No good restaurant or cafe inside the premises. Also you have to book SBSTC buses online in advance else there may be chance you will not get ticket to board the buses. Cleaniness is also not upto the level. SBSTC counter is not very helpful. Doing their jobs like they are doing a very big favour for us. If a bus cancelled for any reason, they just throws their hands to take responsibility for our journeys. Also the charges of food of nearby restaurants are quite high. Also autos and motor rickshaws charges more fare for even shorter distance from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus stand is preety good and the reason is that it was clean. Also, the inside of the stand is easily navigate. There wer few snacks shop as well where you can have tea, buy burgers, Pattiz, cold drink and a lot more. There were also few breakfast stalls too for having some good parathas with subzi. The taste is fairly good. Basically, it's a pretty good bus stand and have almost all proper amenities for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specious Bus Terminus at Karunamayee, Bidhannagar, Salt Lake City. There is also Karunamayee Metro Station (part of East West Metro) beside. Public Toilets is available, Food shops are available. AC, Non AC buses, Government Buses Wbtc, Sbstc, Private Volvo Buses like Shyamali, Royal Cruiser, Green Line are available and they stated their journey in time. But keep in mind the Street Traffic of Kalkata.
You may get bus from here to Durgapur, Asansol,Bankura etc . You get AC and NON AC and Private or govt bus from here. I travelled here one month ago .I also shared a photo about bus time table. I advise you that you must contact with provided number before starting your journey. You can get Online Cab from here within 2 minutes.

From here you can get private and government AC and non-AC buses of different city routes as well as long distance private and government bus routes connecting different districts. Also from this terminal you can get private volvo buses of Shyamoli Paribahan, Royal Cruiser, Green Line etc. There are separate ticket booking counters for WBTC, SBSTC, Shyamoli, Royal Cruiser etc. You can get basic facilities like food stalls, toilet, waiting area in this terminal. Karunamoyee metro station in the east-west metro corridor is located next to this bus terminal.
