β β β β β Very crowded place. Here you can get the official south Bengal transport corporation ticket. From here all type of ΰ¦ΰ¦Έΰ¦Ώ and non ΰ¦ΰ¦Έΰ¦Ώ buses depart. Very helpful staff inside. Place is also awesome. Thank you. Its near the korunamoy metro station. Which is under construction.

β β β β β Rude and non cooperative counter service, often misbehaves with passengers. Passengers beware of the 'luggage charge'! Anything thats not in a handbag, backpack, duffle bag or trolley is considered as 'extra luggage' and you 'have to pay' anything between 350 to 500 (no tickets against it) to board the bus. I am a frequent traveler and have often seen the 'authority' there giving ugly threats if any passenger is not willing to cough up the amount they demand. There is no where to complain.. it's government transport system after all!

β β β β β Not at all organized. Booking counter is too much crowded. You need to have a lot of time in your hand, if you want to book a ticket. Specially when trains are not running.

β β β β β Though the place is well organized but there is no good restaurant available for passengers. But the service of the office is verry good. I had left a meterial on bus on that day in morning, thank to the staffs, they returned my material in afternoon when the same bus arrived...also ticket counter should be more organized.

β β β β β A good place maintained. You can get here buses of many routes like Burdwan, durgapur, Digha etc.
This is Mainly SBSTC bus stand but there are wbtc ticket counter as well beside SBSTC counter. You can buy tickets and just ride to the bus. Only cash is accepted here.
No heavy food available here, only cake, tea, biscuit and porota you can get here.
There are one bathroom (paid) available at tje Last point of the bus stand both for male and female acceble. One rest room is available besides the counter.
