★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frequency of autorickshaws cannot be determined. There is no fixed timing of the autos. We need to stand in queue for getting a seat in autorickshaw. Fare is very low and is a maximum of Rs 10. The autos are not suitable for rainy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot assume that there would be the same frequency of auto service in Karunamoyee. But when it is frequent you can go to Webel It park, College More, Sdf, PNB, Bikash Bhavan, City Centre, Newtown and so many local places. Here maximum auto fare is Rs.10 to Rs.15 and it takes maximum 10 minute to reach Newtown in light trafic. Webel or College More is 4 to 5 minutes distant from Karunamoyee by auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karunamoyee auto stand is the area from where people can get auto for whole salt lake area. It connects sector 5, ultadanga, salt lake stadium, city center 1 etc area. In a rush hour you have to maintain the que to get into the auto other wise you have to wait In the auto because they runs in shuttle system, you can't book the whole auto for your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good, but short route auto is better Available then, long route. Unions are supposed to take passenger if they are going Newtown or college more, its rare Available for SDF auto. I mean u have to wait at least 15 mins except Saturday to take an auto for arrive at SDF or Webel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autos are available everytime. If you need to visit Salt Lake Sector 5. And certainly get to this place. No need to worry. Take an auto and you would get to Sec-5 within reasonable price.
