★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't pick up the call and after 10 times calling they receive and then within 2 sec cut off the call. When a person calls them on urgent basis in this pandemic situation not for passing the time by calling and disturbing them they should response atleast. Worst behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a 12 th passed student of 2021 . In this pandemic year , we have to face a lot of troubles regarding our 12 th marksheet. They made a lot of errors and calculation mistakes in the higher secondary marksheet which made a huge number of students future uncertain and insecure. That's why we had to go to the council again and again to rectify our marksheet but they still carried on making same mistakes. They needed to be more careful and patient while making such an important marksheet of every west bengal boards students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head office of Higher Secondary Council. It is at Karunamoyee crossing and near to the Karunamoyee bus stand and just beside Madhyamik board office. Well connected with various parts of the city as well as the state by bus. Recently metro started to operate and one can easily avail the service from sector V station or from bypass metro station and get off at Karunamoyee station to visit the Council HQ. It is open all weekdays expect Saturday and Sunday or any other public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is the principal authority to control and conduct 10+2 examination of West Bengal Boards affiliated schools. Location is good. Staffs are always busy. They maintain their website very poorly. Website is not up to date. Syllabus of each subject is not provided in the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why every department of education thinking only about exam? Please feel the mental preparation of students, maximum students are not mentally prepared for this exam , because they are going to crack the board exam after 2 yeras, now on the other hand maximum students including the students of rural areas they starting their study after 2 years ,please give a little kindness to all type of students by happening HS exam on May and give a little chance to crack the exam properly,Also JEE main 2022 will start from 16th April ,so please take everything very seriously ?????
