AC/Non AC buses, Meter Taxis, Shuttle Cabs & Hand Rickshaws are easily available. Overhead metro station constructed, services yet to commence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Access to the concourse, where ticket counters are located, is via an escalator now, but only after 10 steps from street level. There must be an elevator from street level to have accessibility support.
There are two entry points, one from Karunamayee bus stand side, another from Vidyut Bhavan side.
Station was perfectly clean. Even wash room at the concourse level is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus stand is good, need a little cleaning. Food shops of bus stands are non hygienic . As food business for travelers shop owners must understand the hygiene level.
Bus availability is little low so it's an calm bus stand. Just connected to main road according to position , which helps to understand traffic position.
Front and back gate of the bus stand is enough large to enter two buses together. Peoples of bus stands (workers and drivers) are much cooperative with passengers.
The places and roads beside bus stand is well decorated. Some govt building also are there beside stand, Alike Vidyasagar bhaban.
