★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't find a pending cheque on the desk. Refused to call their own colleague on phone to ask where is the cheque is kept. Asking me to wait for 1 hour for no reason. Pathetic Sarkari approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience about employees managing the locker department in Kothrud branch. They work in such a rude manner as if customers are their servants. Is bank hiring government employees now? they behave in that manner. Change the staff handling the locker department & give training to them about how to be polite with the customers. Bank is not offering locker facility free of cost, we are paying for it so employees can't behave rudely. Bank is not doing any favor to customers by offering any service so behave in a polite manner. Try avoid taking North Indian staff, they are very rude in nature. Pls appointment only south Indian staff.
