★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with family in Kashmir tour. Worst Hotels provided, Poor & ineffective response. Dont trust them as during booking they show glossy picture of service,but when you are on tour ,you are left completely on your own,,found complete helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a North East trip from them. Sikkim and Darjileeng. It was good experience. Hotels in Darjileeng and Pelling were good. Just the hotel experience in Gangtok was bad but they contacted with the hotel and upgraded our room. Quick response for all the queries. It was nice experience. All the cabs we requested were good in condition and the drivers were also good. So overall it was a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to book with Karwa Holidays for our first anniversary trip covering Meghalaya, Guwahati and Gangtok, following a friend’s recommendation. Trying to share my honest review about the same.
Ms. Sanjeevani from Karwa Holidays was very helpful and approachable throughout, and helped us customize our itinerary and finalise the entire booking (travel, accommodation and sightseeing) just over the phone. Accommodation and sightseeing were up to the mark, and we liked how the local drivers were punctual and made sure we were able to have lunch at decent, hygienic restaurants. We were provided a room with one of the best mountain views at Gangtok, making our wedding anniversary a pleasant one. The quality of food overall lived up to our expectations.
Karwa Holidays did make a good effort to make this a smooth and memorable trip for us, however there were some hiccups when we talk about the local situation. We did enjoy the local sightseeing, although some tourist spots, especially in Gangtok were closed due to Covid concerns. The breakfast options were very limited in the Gangtok hotel, and the only options available in the buffet were bread-butter-jam, egg and one more dish. Hot bathing water availability in the cold weather due to power-cut was an issue at the hotel in Meghalaya. There was also a last minute rush for our car booking and permit confirmation for visiting Nathula Pass and we had to coordinate with multiple local contacts to get a clear update, where at one point we feared we might have to miss it! Maybe Karwa Holidays can pass on the feedback to their local partners, or try to consider better business partners going forward.
Overall, the trip was a good one, and we are very grateful that we were able to finish the trip smoothly even in this difficult & restricted travel situation. Thank you team Karwa Holidays for your efforts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged a wonderful trip to Kashmir. No hassles and all well organized. The package cost also seemed to fair and at right value to customer.Will strongly recommend them to any of my friends who travel to kashmir or elsewhere.
One thing can work upon is to create brochures with photos of places for new customer to refer apart from textual itinerary.
